HIIT Club

We will be offering our HIIT Club on Saturday as well as Sunday this time around! If you have already signed up and wish to switch days, please contact Denae directly.

Sign up will be closing this Friday (Feb 9th), so if you haven’t signed up yet, don’t miss your opportunity. 

We have created a group-based, competitive program that has been structured so that every week, similarly-skilled athletes come in their specific groups and have a batting task before them that they have to complete. Each week, one of these six pillars of a well-rounded hitter will be educated, demonstrated, trained & mastered.

• Power
• Core strength
• Bat path
• Hand speed/bat speed
• Stability/ground power
• Reaction time

This will be organized and run by our coaches, several past Evolved and current collegiate athletes, as well as our upper level athletes to assist and be hands-on. There will be many coaches in each session, to be sure this is hands-on, one-on-one training, as well as the value-add of a group-style competitive & fun session.

HIIT Club will be Sundays February 11th-March 17th, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. And Saturdays February 10th - March 16th 12:30-3:30pm 

Your 45-minute slot within this time will be designed for all age-group and similar level of play, and the timeslots will be organized accordingly. 

- Cost: $250/athlete for 6-weeks

This will be a supplementary offering to your weekly lesson
